Processing Times
Original Artwork
Original paintings are carefully packaged by hand to ensure safe delivery.
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
- Includes protective packaging and preparation for shipment
Fine Art Prints
All prints are made to order to maintain the highest quality.
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days
- Includes printing, quality inspection, and packaging
Please note: Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods or for larger orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Prints are carefully rolled or flat-packed depending on size to ensure quality upon arrival
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Contact us immediately if a correction is needed after placing your order
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the packaging and item
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue
