Final Reveal of the One Room Challenge

Well, I made it through my first One Room Challenge sponsored by Better Homes and Gardens, and it feels good to be finished! I feel really good about my design decisions, where I chose to splurge and where I chose to save, and how quickly it came together. Once I have an idea in my mind, I move fast! I think my kids’ bathroom is timeless; they can enjoy it at any age. The bath is also coherent with the style of my home. It doesn’t look out of place, and that’s important to me. So check out the finished photos!

Double Duty!

The mirror makes the bathroom look literally twice as big.

Clean lines

There is a consistent theme of clean squared off lines throughout the bathroom.

The lighting

These Dutton Brown lights add a touch of warmth and contrast. They also mimic the glass hardware, creating coherence.

Serenity now….

Let’s be honest, this vignette will not be staying in my kids’ bath, but let me just pretend and enjoy it for a little while longer……
